Originally from Kenosha, now rooted in Milwaukee. Fernando spent years in tech as a full-stack developer, always building, always looking for somewhere to put the creative energy that code couldn't hold.
That's what HLH Designs became. Bold, vibrant murals that bring animals, nature, and color into the spaces people move through every day. He paints like it matters, because to him, it does.
